About modification of the Procedure for provision of data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs
According to article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs" I order:
1. Bring in the Procedure for provision of data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 31, 2015 No. 466/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 31, 2015 for No. 349/26794, the following changes:
in paragraph five of the subitem 1 of Item 5 of the Section II of the word "full name of the legal entity" shall be replaced with words "full name of the legal entity (for legal nonresident person - the name)";
in the name of the field "full name of legal founder person or surname, name, middle name (in the presence) founder" of the Section II of appendix 2 of the word "full name of legal founder person" shall be replaced with words "full name of legal founder person (for legal nonresident person - the name)".
2. And physical persons entrepreneurs to provide to the administrator of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities completion of software of maintaining the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and the physical persons entrepreneurs necessary for ensuring accomplishment of Item 1 of this order.
