About modification to the Main requirements to the agreement on provision of telecommunication services
According to articles 18 and 63 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications" and the subitem 14 of item 4 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:
1. Approve Changes in the Section III of the Main requirements to the agreement on provision of the telecommunication services approved by the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of November 29, 2012 No. 624, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2012 for No. 2150/22462, which are applied.
2. To submit to department of communication in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
