About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out biddings on Republican real estate exchange
According to the Civil code of the Republic of Uzbekistan the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out biddings on Republican real estate exchange according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid Provisional regulations for privatization of objects of state-owned property at auction and for tender (рег. N 54 of 17.05.1994) and changes and amendments to it (рег. N 54-1 of 09.11.1995), regarding biddings.

This Provision is developed according to the Civil code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and determines procedure for the organization and carrying out biddings on Republican real estate exchange, and also its divisions on places.
By the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan features of carrying out biddings by separate types of property and property rights or feature of participation on biddings of foreign legal entities and physical persons can be established.
