a) officials of Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport when implementing federal state Transport Supervision Service in stationary and portable checkpoints on highways public of the Russian Federation, in portable checkpoints on the parking (parkings) of vehicles designated by route signs in the territory of the Russian Federation (further - checkpoints);
b) officials of customs authorities when implementing customs control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation (further - check points).".
