1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for adoption of some decisions by local executive and administrative organs concerning capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, parking places approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2013 No. 764 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for adoption of some decisions by local executive and administrative organs concerning capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, parking places and entering of amendments and changes into separate resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.09. 2013, 5/37753), following changes and amendment:
1.1. in Item 1 of the word "Item 22.9" shall be replaced with words "Items 22.9-22.9-2";
1.2. in Item 3:
in word part two "Item 22.9" shall be replaced with words "Items 22.9 and 22.9-2";
third after the words "according to" add part with words "Item 22.9-1 of the list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens and".
2. This resolution becomes effective since November 8, 2015.
