1. Approve Regulations on procedure for decision making concerning capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, parking places it (is applied).

2. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 125, 5/22673; 2010, No. 184, 5/32252):

add item 4 with subitem 4.39-2 of the following content:

"4.39-2. establishes procedure for the certificate the registrar of the documents which are the basis for state registration of real estate transaction, in the organization for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it, and also cases and procedure for the certificate by the registrar of the specified documents out of premises of the organization for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it;";

add the Provision with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1. The State Property Committee are a part of the system regional, Minsk city territorial funds of state-owned property (on one in each area and Minsk), and also the state organizations for the list approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and their affiliated enterprises.

Regional, Minsk city territorial funds of state-owned property are at the same time territorial authorities of the State Property Committee and structural divisions regional and Minsk city executive committees.";

2.2. Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for acceptance for operation of construction objects approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 716 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 66, 5/33914), to add with part four of the following content:

"The solution (the order, the resolution, the order) of face (body) which appointed inspection on approval of the acceptance act of object in operation shall contain data on object (the address, accession number (in the presence), the customer (builder), date of the acceptance act of object in operation, other data in case of need.";

2.3. No. 175 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022

Item 25 of the Regulations on conditions and procedure for the reorganization and (or) re-planning approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2013 No. 384 "About some questions of reorganization and re-planning, installation on roofs and facades of apartment apartment houses of individual antennas and other designs and also reconstruction of apartment houses" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.05. 2013, 5/37273) to add with part two of the following content:

3. This resolution becomes effective since August 30, 2013.

1. This Provision determines procedure for acceptance:

local executive and administrative organs (further – executive committees) decisions:

the ministerial procedures provided in Items 22.9-22.93 of the list performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens, No. 200 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010 (further – the list), and in subitems 3.12.1-3.12.5 of Item 3.12 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548 (further – the single list);

public institution "Administration of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone" (further – administration) – provided in subitems 3.12.1-3.12.4 of Item 3.12 of the single list.

For decision making about possibility of use of the operated capital structure (the building, construction) (further – capital structure), the isolated room, parking places to destination according to single classification of the purpose of real estate units (further – single classification) provided in subitem 3.12.1 of Item 3.12 of the single list, subjects of managing represent to executive committee or administration:

statement;

the conclusion about reliability bearing capabilities and stability of design of the operated capital structure – is submitted concerning construction objects of the first or fourth of classes of complexity;

technical data sheet or sheet of technical characteristics;

certificate of balance sheet accessory and cost.

For decision making about possibility of use of capital structure, the isolated room or parking place which part died, to destination according to single classification, subitem 3.12 of the single list provided in subitem 3.12.2 subjects of managing represent to executive committee or administration:

statement;

the conclusion about reliability bearing capabilities and stability of design of capital structure, the isolated room which part died – is submitted concerning capital structures, the isolated rooms more than one floor;

technical data sheet or sheet of technical characteristics.
