About entering of amendments and changes into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of system of public administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2010 No. 338 the following amendments:
- in Regulations on the Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
the paragraph the fifteenth Item 6 after words to "fight against crime" to add with words "to the prevention of corruption,";
the paragraph the fifteenth Item 7 after words to "fight against crime" to add with words "to the prevention of corruption,".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of the ministries, administrative departments and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2011 No. 473 the following change:
- in appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution:
in Item 6 of figure "361" and "187" to replace respectively with figures "358" and "184".
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 117 the following change:
