Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of carrying out technical inspection of vehicles of urban land electric transportation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2011 No. 1240 "About carrying out technical inspection of vehicles of urban land electric transportation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 3, Art. 439; No. 49, Art. 6881; 2014, No. 32, Art. 4536; 2015, No. 24, Art. 3478).

1. State Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The requirements and parameters shown to trolleybuses when carrying out technical inspection are given in appendix No. 1. The requirements and parameters shown to tram cars when carrying out technical inspection are given in appendix No. 11.".
2. State Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. For carrying out technical inspection the applicant submits the vehicle and the following documents:
the identity document, and the power of attorney (for the representative of the vehicle owner);
registration documents on the vehicle.".
