About modification of the Procedure for carrying out tender and issue of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport

According to article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport", for the purpose of enhancement and simplification of the procedure of registration, issue, use and accounting of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport I order:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for carrying out tender and issue of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, No. 1076/9675 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of April 19, 2013 No. 239), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. To provide to strategic development department of the road market and motor transportations:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister V.Yu.Shulmeyster.
