About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan"

Item 1 of Article 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan (further - Assembly) - the organization without formation of legal entity formed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, promoting development and realization of state policy in the field of public consent and national unity.";
Article 3 to state 3) in the following edition:
"Article 3. Purpose of Assembly
The purpose of Assembly is ensuring interethnic consent in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the course of forming of the Kazakhstan civil identity and the competitive nation combined by the national patriotic idea "Meng_l_k El" on the basis of the Kazakhstan patriotism, civil and spiritual and cultural community of the people of Kazakhstan in case of the consolidating role of the Kazakh people.";
