Article 1. "About operational search activities" to add part 3.1 of article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 22, 2007 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"3.1. The statement which is drawn up as a result of the investigation and search operations performed by customs authorities for detection of violations of the procedure for documentation established by the law of the delivered or transported products and (or) registration of related documents, is the basis for clarification of violation of the procedure established by the law and application of the measures of responsibility provided by the law only as regards the transaction or the action which is the basis for violation, and also for promotion of the tax liabilities.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
