(The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 193-197, 661), the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:
The regulations about payment cards approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 157 of 1.08.2013 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 191-197, the Art. 1370) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 936 of August 30 2013, to change and add as follows.
1. In Item 2 after the text "The calculating agent –" to add with the text "National Bank of Moldova or".
2. Be reworded as follows Items 18 and 19:
"18. The bank which provides services in ensuring finality of calculations for the transactions in national currency performed by means of payment cards in the territory of the Republic of Moldova shall conform to the following requirements:
