Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the personified (individual) accounting of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purposes of compulsory national social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 194) the following changes and amendment:
1. Third Article 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Personal identification number - the individual number assigned by the authorized state body determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, foreign citizens and stateless persons once and remaining behind these persons during all their life without change, except as specified, of the rights of witnesses, the victims and other participants of criminal trial, stipulated by the legislation about protection.".
2. In Article 2-1 of the word "Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the authorized state body determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
3. To state part 1 of Article 6 in the following edition:
"On each insured person the Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic opens the personal insurance account with the personal identification number assigned by the authorized state body determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
4. In Article 7:
add Article with part 6 of the following content:
"Issue of the new certificate of social protection is made without change of personal identification number.";
part 6 in paragraph one the word "new" shall be replaced with words "the duplicate of the specified certificate".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
