Personal identification number - the individual number assigned by the authorized state body determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, foreign citizens and stateless persons once and remaining behind these persons during all their life without change, except as specified, of the stipulated in Article 7-1 this Law, and also the legislation on protection of the rights of witnesses, the victims and other participants of criminal trial.
Employers - legal entities, including foreign, and their divisions; the international organizations performing the activities in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic; peasant farms; citizens, including foreign, the persons without citizenship living in the Kyrgyz Republic and the individual entrepreneurs using hired employees according to the employment contract.
Payers of insurance premiums are employers, and also citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, foreign citizens, stateless persons (further - citizens) which independently pay insurance premiums to authorized state body in the field of administration of insurance premiums.
