About introduction of amendments to the Family code of Ukraine concerning accounting of data on social maintenance of family (person) for protection judicially the family rights and interests

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Family code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 21-22, of the Art. 135) the following changes:

Article 164 after part three to add 1) with new part of the following content:

"4. In case of decision making about deprivation of the parent rights the court takes into account information on implementation of social maintenance of family (person) in case of implementation of such maintenance".

With respect thereto the fourth and fifth to consider parts respectively parts five and the sixth;

Part one of Article 170 to add 2) with the paragraph third the following content:

"In case of decision making about confiscation of the child from parents or one of them without deprivation of their parent rights the court takes into account information on implementation of social maintenance of family (person) in case of implementation of such maintenance".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
