About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About court fee" concerning exemption of court fee of participants of anti-terrorist operations and members of families of the dead

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About court fee" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 14, Art. 87 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

Part the second Article 3 to add 1) with Item 16 of the following content:

"16) statements for factual determination of death of person, the dead or the missing person in areas of conducting military operations or anti-terrorist operations";

Part one of Article 5 to add 2) with Item 16 of the following content:

"16) claimants - for submission of claims for the disputes connected with provision of participant status of fighting according to Items 19, 20 parts one of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
