1. The paragraph one of Article 74 to state in the following edition:
"To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus till January 1, 2016:".
2. To state paragraph two of Article 75 in the following edition:
"Article 1-73 - since January 1, 2016;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since July 11, 2015.
