Make changes and addition to the Regulations on requirements to implementation of professional activity of banks in the security market as the investment intermediary managing investment assets and the investment consultant approved by the resolution of the Central bank and Center for coordination and market development of securities in case of Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 23, 2008 No. No. 299-B, 2008-05 (рег. No. 1782 of April 2, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, Art. No. 14-15, 105) according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
