2. To committee of transport control of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Mustafin K. S.) provide submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration.
3. This order becomes effective on the expiration of ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
