About modification and amendments in Regulations on licensing of activities for fermentation of tobacco raw materials and to tobacco products manufacture
For the purpose of the improvement of quality of the made products meeting the modern international requirements by enhancement of activities of the companies for fermentation of tobacco raw materials and to tobacco products manufacture the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Bring in the Regulations on licensing of activities for fermentation of tobacco raw materials and to tobacco products manufacture approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 7, 2006 No. 190 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 9, the Art. 65), changes and amendments according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
