About Rules of departure of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 1997 "About population shift", and also for the purpose of realization of the rights of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to free movement, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: regulations of questions of departure from the country
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of departure of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring into accord with this resolution the regulatory legal acts.
3. Recognize invalid:
1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 29, 1992 N 813 "About Provisional regulations for entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan and departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1992, N 37, the Art. 569);
2) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 24, 1993 N 228 "About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 29, 1992 N 813 "About Provisional regulations for entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan and departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1993, N 9, the Art. 107);
