Make the following changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of some regulatory legal acts connected with fauna in the Azerbaijan Republic" of July 13, 2000 No. 117 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 7, Article 564; 2002, No. 2, Article 101; 2004, No. 9, Article 745; 2007, No. 12, Article 1336; 2008, No. 2, Article 132):
1. In the "Rules of general and special use of fauna" approved by the specified resolution:
1.1. regarding the 3rd Section I of the word "sports and amateur fishing" shall be replaced with words "fishing and hunting for other water bioresources in the cases provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fishery";
1.2. regarding the 4th Section I and Sections II and III of the word "sports and amateur fishing" shall be replaced with words "fishing and hunting for other water bioresources".
2. In "Standard rates of ecological safety and limits of acquisition of the wild animals" approved by the specified resolution:
2.1. exclude the word "important" from the 4th part of the Section II;
2.2. in Item) parts 5 of the Section III of the word "and water animals" shall be replaced with words "and other water bioresources".
