Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About declaring and the publication of data on the income, obligations and property of persons replacing political and other special state positions, and also their close relatives" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 11, the Art. 514) the following changes and amendments:

1. To state the name of the Law in the following edition: "About declaring of the income, expenses, obligations and property of persons replacing political, special state and municipal political positions".

2. In Article 1:
