1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973 "Questions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 127, 5/22692; 2011, No. 73, 5/34027) following changes:
1.1. in appendix 1 to the Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. "Construction Trust No. 17 of Award of the Labour Red Banner" open joint stock company.";
21, of 24, 101 and 104 to exclude Items;
1.2. to exclude Item 22 from the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
