Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 19, 2013 "About trade and consumer services" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 3, Art. 186; 2014, No. 3, Art. 150) following changes:
1. In part 9 of Article 10 of the word "the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "On consumer protection", "About certification of products and services" shall be replaced with words "the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan".
2. To state part 21 of Article 14 in the following edition:
"21. Control of observance of rules of trade and the organization of activities of the markets established by this Law is performed according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
