About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 78, 5/34078; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.07. 2013, 5/37480; 14:03. 2015, 5/40249) following changes:
in part one of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution of the word "24 people" shall be replaced with words "21 persons";
Items 9, 12-15, 27, of 31, of 34, of the 39 and 40 list of economic societies, the share (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and are transferred to the control the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution to exclude.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
