1. Bring in the Rules of implementation of transactions with electronic money approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 2003 No. 201 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 139, 8/10290; 2007, No. 84, 8/16081; 2009, No. 175, 8/21237; 2011, No. 119, 8/24288; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.01. 2013, 8/26792), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 3:
in paragraph three of the word "within payment service providers VISA, MasterCard, Belkart shall be replaced with words ", and also using other technical devices or services according to rules of payment systems on the basis of use of bank payment cards";
to exclude from the paragraph of the fifth word "and", "and (or) the legislation of the Republic of Belarus the assumed unconditional and irrevocable obligation on repayment of electronic money";
in paragraph seven:
shall be replaced with words the word of "issuer" "emitting bank";
