About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine on stabilization of financial condition of National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine"

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005., No. 28, Art. 373 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 1:

the fifteenth after the words "are brought by consumers of heat energy" to add the paragraph with the words "and the heatsupplying organizations receiving heat energy for further supply of consumers";

to exclude the paragraph of the twenty second;

The paragraph the twelfth Article 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"ensuring technological safety of functioning of systems of heat supply during the gas supply termination";

Article 19 to add 3) with part seven of the following content:

"Gas supply of objects in the field of heat supply stops in case of violation by the heatgenerating, heatsupplying organizations of term of calculations for actually consumed natural gas and/or in case of selection of natural gas in case of absence at such organizations of planned scope of supply of natural gas on current month that it is allocated with the supplier according to the delivery agreement of natural gas, and/or in case of failure to meet requirements of article 19-1 of this Law. Such termination is performed according to the procedure, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

4) in Article 19-1:

state part one in the following edition:

"Payment of heat energy for which production natural gas is fully or partially delivered by the guaranteed supplier is performed by consumers of heat energy and the heatsupplying organizations which buy heat energy for further supply of consumers, by money transfer into accounts with the special mode of use which open the heatsupplying and heatgenerating organizations for transfer of means, including from the heatsupplying organizations receiving heat energy for further supply of consumers in authorized bank. Payment of heat energy by money transfer into other accounts is forbidden";
