About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About identification and registration of animals"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About identification and registration of animals" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009, No. 42, Art. 635; 2014, Art. No. 6-7, 80, No. 41-42, Art. 2025) following changes:

1. In Item 9 of Article 1 of the word "the central executive body providing forming of the state agrarian policy" shall be replaced with words "the central executive body which provides forming and realizes the state agrarian policy".

2. In Article 5:

to add paragraph two of part seven with the words "and concerning horses-within 25 working days";

the ninth and tenth to exclude parts.

3. Add with Article 5-1 of the following content:

"Article 5-1. Fee on identification and registration of animals

Services in identification and registration of animals are paid at the expense of legal entities and physical persons - owners of these animals.

Fee on identification and registration of animals which owner is the physical person can be also performed by third (any legal or physical) by person.

The physical person - the owner of animals which performed expenses on fee on their identification and registration has the right to obligatory compensation of such expenses by the state.

The mode of price regulation of cost of services in identification and registration of animals is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine".

4. In Article 6 of the word "the central executive body providing forming of the state agrarian policy, and the central executive body realizing the state agrarian policy" shall be replaced with words "the central executive body which provides forming and realizes the state agrarian policy".

5. In Article 8:

state the name in the following edition:

"Article 8. Powers of the central executive body which provides forming and realizes the state agrarian policy";
