About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning regulation of production of separate types of wine-making products

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning regulation of production of separate types of wine-making products.

2. To Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation to approve till September 1, 2015 forms and procedure for filling of requests of fixing in Unified State Automated Information System of accounting of production volume and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products of information on the agricultural producers (the organizations, individual entrepreneurs and peasant farms) recognized by those according to the Federal Law "About Development of Agricultural Industry", performing deliveries of wine, sparkling wine (champagne) from own grapes (further - wine-making products), about wine-making products, about supply rate of wine-making products, about the documents resolving turnover of wine-making products, confirmations about fixing of the specified information and notifications on refusal in such fixing and also forms and procedure for filling of requests of the specified agricultural producers of provision of information containing in the specified unified information system and the references provided by territorial authorities of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation based on these requests.
