Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Item 6 and the paragraph the sixth Item 7 of the Regulations on calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment and benefits to the prosecutors and investigators, scientific and pedagogical employees of bodies and organizations of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation having class ranks, and to their families, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 12, 1994 No. 942 "About procedure for calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment to employees of bodies and organizations of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation and to their families" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 17, Art. 2000; 2000, No. 14, Art. 1487; 2008, No. 31, Art. 3737; 2014, No. 41, of the Art. 5537), "The Federal Law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words words "The Federal Law "About Insurance Pensions".

In Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of the monthly perpetual maintenance to the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation staying in resignation, and monthly monetary pay and the procedure for its payment to family members of the died (died) judge which was in its dependence approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 27, 1995 No. 425 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of the monthly perpetual maintenance to the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation staying in resignation, and monthly monetary pay and the procedure for its payment to family members of the died (died) judge which was in its dependence" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 18, Art. 1685; 2000, No. 51, Art. 4998; 2002, No. 36, Art. 3493):

a) the paragraph one of Item 25 to state in the following edition:

"25.
