About modification of Rules of work of archive organizations of Ukraine
According to the subitem 1 of Item 13 of the Section XIII "Transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of October 14, 2014 "About prosecutor's office" I order to No. 1697-VII:
1. Bring in Item 3.9 of Chapter 3 of the Section II of Rules of work of the archive organizations of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 8, 2013 No. 656/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 10, 2013 for No. 584/23116, the following changes:
Word in paragraph four of "prosecutor's office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, Military prosecutor's office of Naval Forces of Ukraine, military prosecutor's offices of regions" shall be replaced with words 1) "regional prosecutor's offices, military prosecutor's offices of regions";
2) word in paragraph five "district, district in the cities, city, city district prosecutor's offices, military prosecutor's offices of garrisons" to exclude.
2. To department of interaction with authorities (Kozlovskaya N. A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective along with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of October 14, 2014 No. 1697-VII "About prosecutor's office", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Sevostyanov N. I.
