About modification of the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of effective use of instruments of regulation of liquidity of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine banks decide:
1. Item 1.7 of Chapter 1 of the Section IV of the Provisions on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 30, 2009 No. 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 6, 2009 at No. 410/16426 (with changes) to state in the following edition:
"1.7. Interest income according to deposit certificates is calculated proceeding from the deposit amount, interest rate, accrual base and term of placement of the deposit certificate.
For charge of percent the term of placement of the deposit certificate begins from the date of receipt of funds from bank and comes to an end in the day preceding repayment day of the deposit certificate".
2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.
3. The resolution becomes effective since July 15, 2015.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Churiya A. E.
