About approval of the Regulations on use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system by the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system by the National Bank of Ukraine (further the Provision) which are applied.
the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 30, 2009 No. 259 "About approval of the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 6, 2009 at No. 410/16426;
the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 4, 2011 No. 134 "About modification of the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 24, 2011 for No. 627/19365;

3. To risk management department (Budnik I. M.) within a month after entry into force of this resolution to approve and inform banks the administrative act of National Bank concerning determination of fair value of assets (property).
4. To department of information technologies (Nagornyuk V. V.) within two months after entry into force of this resolution to make taking into account requirements of the Provision corresponding changes to program technological support of "Kredlayn2", "Sertlayn2" and System of automation of processes of banking and financial and economic activity of the National Bank of Ukraine and to carry out tests.
5. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.
6. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, except Items 1 and 2 of this resolution which become effective since December 1, 2015.
7. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Chury A. E.
