About modification of the Procedure for opening and closing of accounts in national currency in bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine

According to the Budget code of Ukraine, the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and also for the purpose of enhancement of treasurer servicing of budgetary funds I order:

1. Bring in the Procedure for opening and closing of accounts in national currency in bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 22, 2012 No. 758, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 18, 2012 for No. 1206/21518 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 3.6 of the Section III:

the first offer of paragraph two to state in the following edition: "In case of reorganization of the client (accession, merge, allocation, separation, transformation) with change of code according to the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine (further - EGRPOU) accounts of such client are closed";

add Item after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of reorganization of the client and/or change of the name without change of the EGRPOU code of the account it is not closed. At the same time within ten days after modification the documents provided by Items 3.1-3.3 of this Section are provided (except for the subitem "an" of Item 3.1 of this Section).".
