In pursuance of Art. provisions 4, 11 and 51 Laws on National Bank of Moldova (No. 548-XIII of 21.07.1995), the Commodity exchange act (No. 1117-XIII of 26.02.1997), in view of provisions of the Charter of Universal commodity exchange of Moldova (No. 1/2002-A of 01.08.2002), Provisional rules of Universal commodity exchange of Moldova (No. 4/2002-A of 24.09.2002, with subsequent changes and amendments), Regulations on currency control in the territory of the Republic of Moldova (the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova approved by the decision of 13.01.1994, the protocol No. 2, with subsequent changes and amendments), for the purpose of creation of proper conditions for stimulation of implementation of the external economic transactions by means of the biddings at commodity exchange the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:
I. Approve the Instruction about implementation of currency payment under the bargains concluded at Universal commodity exchange of Moldova with participation of nonresidents it (is applied).
II. Repeal the following resolutions of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova:
