Bring in Item 3 of article 52 of the Air code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 12, Art. 1383; 1999, No. 28, Art. 3483; 2005, No. 13, Art. 1078; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2011, No. 7, Art. 901; 2012, to No. 31, the Art. 4318) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"3. To positions of the specialists of aviation personnel performing activities for the organization of use of airspace, the organization and servicing of air traffic citizens of the Russian Federation are accepted.

To positions of specialists of aviation personnel persons having the outstanding or not removed criminal record for making of intentional crime are not accepted.".
