About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine on forming of the parcels of land and their state registration based on documentation on land management developed till 2013

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The Section X "Transitional provisions" of the Land code of Ukraine (2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 20 of the following content:

"20. Determine that if till January 1, 2013 technical documentation on land management concerning creation of the documents certifying the right to the parcel of land based on the decision of relevant organ of the executive authority or local government body on provision or transfer of the parcel of land to property or provisions to use was developed, including under lease, forming of the parcel of land as object of the civil laws, except the cases determined by Article 79-1 - of this Code, it is performed according to the following technical documentation".

2. Item 2 of the Section VII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the State land cadastre" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 8, Art. 61; 2014, 11, the Art. 136) to add No. with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"If till January 1, 2013 technical documentation on land management concerning creation of the documents certifying the right to the parcel of land based on the decision of relevant organ of the executive authority or local government body on provision or transfer of the parcel of land to property or provision in use, including under lease was developed, and data about such the parcel of land are not entered in the State register of lands, state registration of such parcel of land is performed based on the specified technical documentation on land management according to the procedure, established by the law".
