About entering of amendment and changes into the Instruction about procedure for appointment and payment of grants to students of the highest educational institutions

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 20, 2004 No. 341 "About enhancement of activities of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for appointment and payment of grants to students of the highest Ministry of the Higher and Secondary Vocational Education and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan educational institutions is decided:

1. Make addition and changes to the Instruction about procedure for appointment and payment of grants to students of the highest educational institutions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 10, 2004 No. No. 2-P and 43 (рег. No. 1339 of April 16, 2004) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, No. 15, the Art. 184), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Appendix

Amendment and changes made to the Instruction about procedure for appointment and payment of grants to students of the highest educational institutions

1. Add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"At the Tashkent state legal university purpose of grants to in the time students is carried out 2 times in academic year, and grants are paid after the announcement of results of final control with purpose of grant from the first of each educational semester.".

2. To state paragraph two of Item 7 in the following edition:

"To the students who eliminated in accordance with the established procedure and term the academic debt (gathered 55 and more percent on the corresponding objects), the grant is appointed from the first following after completion of monthly term of elimination of the academic debt using the differentiated coefficients depending on progress (rating) of the student to the following educational semester.".

3. State Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. For the period of maternity leave the grant is paid to students in complete size during the terms established by the legislation.

If pregnancy occurred during the academic leave, then in case of submission of the certificate of single sample of temporary disability the academic leave shall be interrupted, and the maternity leave is drawn up.

To the female students having children under two years and continuing study on day form of education, the grant is paid in complete size. During stay them in child care leave before achievement of age of two years by it the grant is not paid.

The child care allowance before achievement of age by it is paid two years according to the procedure, established by the legislation.".
