About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of persons holding the state positions"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of persons holding the state positions" of December 12, 2013, ZR-157-N (further - the Law) "item 4 of part 1" shall be replaced with words words "part 4".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law:
1) in the subitem "an" of Item 2 to exclude the word", border", and the same Item after words "rescue services," to add with the words "or the allowance established to rate of official pay rate in absolute cash value";

Article 3. Regarding the 4th article 6 of the Law to exclude the word", border".
Article 4. To state article 7 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 7. Allowances to persons holding the state position, and procedure for their charge
1. Allowances for cool, diplomatic ranks, rank (including cool and special), and also in the cases established by this Law for knowledge of foreign languages, working and (or) office life are issued to persons holding the state positions.
2. Allowances for the cool, diplomatic ranks and rank appropriated to persons holding the state positions are established to rate of official pay rate.
3. The allowance for the cool or diplomatic rank, lowest in this body, is established in the amount of 3 percent from rate of official pay rate, and the allowance size for each next higher cool or diplomatic rank following it increases by one percent, except as specified, established by part 5 of this Article.
