About introduction of amendments and changes in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 and of June 25, 2013 No. 527
For the purpose of optimization of management of logistic system of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 141, 5/22781; 2011, No. 73, 5/34017), following amendments and change:
1.1. item 4 in paragraph three:
after words "road activities," to add the paragraph with words "logistic system of the Republic of Belarus *,";
add the paragraph with the interlinear note of the following content:

* For the purposes of this provision the logistic system of the Republic of Belarus is understood as the economic system difficult organizationally completed, structured which consists of the transport and wholesale and logistic (trade and logistic) interconnected among themselves objects in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the organizations having transport, warehouse, forwarding, information, financial, certified, insurance and production resources, interacting by means of information exchange for the purpose of achievement of effective management in the Republic of Belarus of movement of goods.";
1.2. in Item 5:
in subitem 5.3 of the word of "transport logistics for the purpose of optimization of transportations of the foreign trade loads" shall be replaced with words "logistic system of the Republic of Belarus";
"transport" to add subitem 5.28 after the word with the words "and logistic".
