Article 1. Recognize invalid Article 34 of the Labor code (further - the Code) the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004.
Article 2. In Item 8 of part 1 of article 109 of the Code of the word "state inspector of work" shall be replaced with words "serving the body for questions of safety of work authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 3. In article 119 of the Code of the word of "the state inspector of work" shall be replaced with words in the corresponding case of "representative body of workers".
Article 4. Regarding 3rd article 250 of the Code of the word of "the state labor inspection" shall be replaced with words to "the body for questions of safety of work authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia", and the words "state inspector of work" – the corresponding cases of the words "the head of the body for questions of safety of work authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 5. Regarding the 2nd article 260 of the Code of the word of "the state labor inspection" shall be replaced with words to "the body for questions of safety of work authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 6. Transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
2. From coming into force of this law to declare invalid the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state labor inspection" No. ZR-77 of March 24, 2005.
