About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

The increase is the additional fare calculated in certain cases and in certain size in relation to the salary, determined by this Code, the law, other regulatory legal acts, the collective or employment contract, the legal act of the employer which is paid for accomplishment of heavy, harmful or especially hard work and (or) for overtime and (or) night work and (or) for work on the weekend and in non-working determined by the law – holidays, days of remembrance.
