About introduction of amendments to articles 29 and 65 of the Federal law "About Education in the Russian Federation"

Part 2 of Article 29 to add 1) with Item 4.1 of the following content:
"4. 1) the document on establishment of the amount of the payment levied from parents (legal representatives) for supervision and care of the children mastering educational programs of preschool education in the organizations performing educational activities for content of children in the educational organization realizing educational programs of the primary general, main general or secondary general education if in such educational organization conditions for accommodation of students in nursing home, or for implementation of supervision and care of children in day-care centers in the educational organization realizing educational programs of the primary general, main general or secondary general education are created;";
2) in Article 65:
a) state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. For supervision and child care the founder of the organization performing educational activities establishes the payment levied from parents (legal representatives) (further - parent payment), and its size if other is not established by this Federal Law. The founder has the right to reduce the amount of parent payment or not to levy it from separate categories of parents (legal representatives) in the cases determined by it and procedure. If supervision and child care in the organization performing educational activities pays the founder, the parent payment is not established.";
