1. The subitem "v" of Item 10 parts one of Article 91 of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the words "and also capital and running repair of streets and roads of settlements and other roads which are components of highways of the state value (as joint financing on a contract basis)".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
