About introduction of amendments to the Air code of the Russian Federation

2) in Article 89:
a) to add Item 1 after words of "aircrafts" with words ", and also the people who are in distress or the victims at the sea,";
b) add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Evacuation of the people who are in distress or the victims at the sea, from the place of disaster is performed by the raised search and rescue forces and funds of the air enterprises and organizations of the state and experimental aircraft.";
3) in Article 94:
a) add the name with words ", and also search of the people who were injured disaster at the sea with attraction of search and rescue forces and means of the air enterprises and organizations of the state and experimental aircraft";
b) add with Item 1.1 of the following content:
"1.1. If all accepted for search of the people who were injured disaster at the sea, measures did not yield results, the decision on the termination of search of the people who were injured disaster at the sea with attraction of search and rescue forces and means of the air enterprises and organizations of the state and experimental aircraft is accepted by the authorized body in the field of use of airspace which made the decision on search of the people who are in distress or the victims at the sea with attraction of such forces and means.".
