3. After the paragraph of third to add with paragraphs of the following content:
"The Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport performs ensuring compliance with the Convention, stipulated in Item the 6th A5.2.1 standard "Control of courts in port", as body of the flag State which in the established cases is informed by the port State authorized officer;
