About modification of the Regulations on features of application of the legislation of the Russian Federation on state regulation of rates in the field of heat supply, water supply and water disposal, and also rates for services of the organizations of utility complex in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol till January 1, 2017.
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
Bring in the Regulations on features of application of the legislation of the Russian Federation on state regulation of rates in the field of heat supply, water supply and water disposal, and also rates for services of the organizations of utility complex in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol till January 1, 2017 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 5, 2014 No. 1320 "About features of application of the legislation of the Russian Federation on state regulation of rates in the field of heat supply, water supply and water disposal and also rates for services of the organizations of utility complex in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol till January 1, 2017" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 50, the Art. 7106), the following changes:
a) state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Early review of rates in the field of heat supply, water supply and water disposal, and also rates for services of the organizations of utility complex is performed within financial year according to the decision of executive body of the Republic of Crimea or the executive body of Sevastopol authorized on implementation of state regulation of rates in the specified spheres (further - regulating authority), accepted taking into account offers of the organizations performing activities in the field of heat supply, water supply and water disposal, and the organizations of utility complex, on early review of the specified rates.";
b) state Item 10 in the following edition:
