In "Regulations on application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On departure from the country, entry into the country and passports" of June 11, 2013 No. 908 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 6, Article 636) to make the following changes:
1. In the name and part of 1 word "departure from the country, entry into the country and passports" shall be replaced with words "passports".
2. By "Regulations on application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On departure from the country, entry into the country and passports", approved by this Decree:
2.1. in the name of the word "departure from the country, entry into the country and passports" shall be replaced with words "passports";
2.2. state Item 1.1 in the following edition:
"1.1. This Provision, for the purpose of application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About passports", establishes procedure for issue and replacement of passports of citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic.";
2.3. exclude Items 1.2 and 1. 3, to exclude parts 2 and 5;
2.4. in Items 3. 3.10, 3.18, 3.26 and 3.30 words "departure from the country, entry into the country and passports" shall be replaced with words 1, "passports";
