About introduction of amendments and changes in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions and change to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. the paragraph the fourth subitem 5.3 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2010, No. 71, 5/31466; 2011, No. 122, 5/34676) to add with words "(except for the cash equipment with the established control facility of tax authorities)";
1.2. in the Rules of sales of goods when implementing retail trade on samples approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2009 No. 31 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 18, 5/29135; 2012, No. 40, 5/35493):
Item 8 part two paragraph two after words "this Item," to add with the words "about goods payment methods";
third of Item 15 to state part in the following edition:
"In case of trade on samples through online store the seller shall give to buyers calculation opportunity for the goods acquired in online store by remote money transfer, at the same time providing to the buyer of possibility of payment by means of use of bank payment card, the automated information system of single settlement and information space is obligatory.";
